Join CMHA North Bay and District on World Suicide Prevention Day for a suicide awareness panel discussion, moderated by Lisa Boivin, host of North Bay Echo's To North Bay With Love Podcast.
Panel will be followed up with a Light a Flame of Hope Candle Vigil in honour of those lost to suicide.

Septembre est le mois du rétablissement, et l'ACSM [BRANCH] se joint aux organismes du monde entier pour souligner cet événement important. Au Canada, environ 21 % des personnes seront touchées par la toxicomanie au cours de leur vie. Le Mois du rétablissement offre l'occasion de partager des histoires, de discuter des options de traitement et de réduire la stigmatisation entourant la toxicomanie.
Le parcours de rétablissement d'une personne dépendante est différent pour chacun d'entre nous. Un continuum de soutiens - de la réduction des risques à la réadaptation - aide les personnes à répondre à leurs besoins uniques en matière de rétablissement. En encourageant un dialogue ouvert et la compréhension, nous pouvons contribuer à réduire la stigmatisation qui entoure la toxicomanie, soutenir les personnes sur la voie de la guérison et rappeler aux personnes concernées qu'elles ne sont pas seules.
Si vous ou quelqu'un que vous connaissez est touché par la #santémentale et la toxicomanie, n'hésitez pas à tendre la main. De l'aide est toujours disponible et l'ACSM est là pour offrir des programmes et des services: bit.ly/3XtRXPT
