Caregiving is a full-time role—and too often, an invisible one.
On National Caregiver Day, CMHA NBD recognizes the millions of caregivers providing unpaid support to loved ones in need. While caregiving is an act of love and dedication, it can also take a toll on mental health. Caregivers often experience stress, anxiety, and burnout while balancing daily responsibilities.
Let’s honour caregivers’ courage and ensure they’re not carrying the weight alone.
